I think it could be towed with a deuce... But it would make for a real long trip I would imagine. I guess its a big ferry according the the owner and it shouldnt be a problem.

No. I haven't made it down there. I might try to bail on work early and head down there. But I sure don't want to get stuck on that island if I miss the last ferry.. so it might not be till tomorrow. I just hope some crack head doesn't buy it before me to haul it to scrap. Sure would be a shame

Well good then your more than welcome to go buy it. The ole codger said he put new wheel cylinders on it and rebuilt the master cylinder but hast put everything back together. And the last time he used the dump hydraulic fluid startes pouring out of somewhere but doesn't know where.. and it doesn't have a fuel tank installed right now.. other than it not running or stopping it should be fine to take on a road trip. But his asking price is less than scrap. So I was sold. Let me know if you head to look at it

I don't know if I can afford to drive a gasser that far. But I might drive my a2 with a dump bed on it. If I do a dump bed on it then I will have to buy another one that doesn't have a dump bed. But this is a addiction

70.... I guess I need some giant tires and maybe a diffrent 5th gear. I thought about getting the two going and driving her home but I figure by the time it has its brakes fail and runs into a schoolbus full of children I would save at least a few hundred bucks having someone throw it on a trailer. Looks like I should buy a 5 ton and a flat bed... Ugh does it ever stop?

Well after taking the day off and getting ready to buy a reo I called the gentleman and he would not answer his phone. I checked craigslist, the ad was no longer there. And he just updated it yesterday. I sure its gone. I hope one of you guys got it.

We took our first official camping trip with the deuce. It was a amazing feeling to know we only put about $15 dollars worth of diesel in with all used motor oil. There and back on $15 with still about a half of tank left is awesome!!! Truck did great there and back. We did manage to get a small exhaust leak on the home. Not sure where its coming from but truck is still running good. I was trying to upload some pictures but cant get them small enough to post for some reason. Truck was loaded down a bit then pulling a trailer with a few large quads and a 40gallon fuel tank. It was nice to be able to pack whatever I wanted and not have to worry about running out of room. Going over Mt Hood was a SLOW GO top speed about 25mph up the hills. Coming home there was alot of traffic backed up behind us. I looked over at Brandon and said wow we are those people we hate who hold up traffic heading back to Portland on Memorial Day. and we both just laughed. There are a couple things we need to finish up before we start the tear downt o start the quad cab!!! Hope all is well with everyone!!

<------- Check out the new avitar. Truck looks pretty good in black and while cant see the multicolors. lol This picture was while we were up camping. People driving by our campsite slowed way down to check out the git r done deuce. lol

New stuff on the Grizz

Getting some new stuff on the M35A2"K". I installed the remote brake reservoir kit. What a pleasure to not have to dig under the floor board, disconnect the vent line and all in order to check the fluid level. I also got the Westach pyro/boost gauge installed. Now I can think about turning up the fuel a little. See the pics.
