Pole Trailer Identification Help

I'm wondering if anyone might be able to say if this is a military trailer. I haven't been able to find one with this dualie configuration. I know the tires seem to be civilian. Doesn't look like an M310.

Look for a model plate. Even civilian trailers may have a plate with a model and serial number.
