I have a power steering "kit" but I did not take it off so I am trying to figure out how the pump attaches to the front of the engine. If some one could post a good picture or two of the pump mounting that would be great.

Went back 14 or so pages and found the pictures. What was throwing me off was that I had an extra bracket thrown in the mix, probably off the plow pump the donor had. Pulled the pulley off the pump today, new one arrives tomorrow.

Check out a junk yard find the same year truck or newer up to 1980 with a 318 in it. That is where I got my parts for power steering I use on my trucks, It gives you a chance to see how it is done up close. I can Email picks of mine if you want.
