Thank you all for the help.
I took off the plug on the line at the fitting at the top of the fuel pump and turned on the accessory switch and no fuel came out.
Checked the plug at the fuel pump and got 26 volts DC when I turned on the accessory switch.
Took the top cover off the fuel pump like suggested and found a blown fuse.
Replaced it and it works fine.
