I am new to the maintenance aspect of M35A2's. I am doing a PM on a recently acquired 1971 AMG with a Hercules multifuel. I have a couple quick questions:
1. Is it necessary to re-prime the fuel system when doing a fuel filter service (primary, secondary and final)?
2. If so, what is the procedure (manually refilling canisters, cracking injector lines at the injector, etc)?
3. I think the in-tank electric pump is el-tostado; will I be able to get the truck running again without it?
If this has been asked 1,000 times before, please don't flame me. I tried searching previous threads and didn't find what I was looking for. I don't have access to a TM, so I am hoping someone will guide me. Thanks in advance for any help and/or advice.
