Ahab, you say “plain Virginia 201st”, cuz that is curious to me because the “W” on the stenciled markings is almost hand written. The rest of the numbers and letters are clearly sprayed through a stencil.. FWIW..
Whoa. We are entering the world now of science fiction:

- That truck must be a LOT older than we realize....

My guess is that was hand painted, or touched up, because of either the rivets causing a bad "W" or there not being enough space for a full width "W"

So, not much happening at the moment.. Compiling paperwork and getting ready to pressure wash. Gonna get cleaned up for move to work spot where it will be stationed for next few months as I go through the entire rig.. Just copied off some TMs and got my Bill Of Sale.. Got it day after I called for it.. Hopefully I can get some title work going soon.

Well well well.. been a few days... been busy.. work and what not. Aggravating spouse... Where you going she asks, so I quit telling her I going to swoon on the M998.😂. So I worked on cleaning out the beast.. Must been 3 hours power washing after removing vital components.. Then I hit it with the water torch... 333DDE4C-156C-4D51-8A03-A66F2AF3E16D.jpeg5D192762-EE50-4E70-BEA8-E5C0981E3F59.jpegDouble fisted with the degreaser 👊🏽

Finished the evening off hitting the Hmmwv with a blower and air compressor to get out any standing water then parked the salamander under her for an hour or so.. Nice and dry...

So I am probably close to my photo limit on this post.. I’ll get back with y’all tomorrow.. Getting ready to put her on blocks 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Ocho out 😉
