PTO linkage bent?

Is the PTO shifting rod (#12 in the picture) supposed to be straight? Mine is bent but the drawing looks straight.

5 ton winch setups use the same type of linkage as your #12. They look like they may be the same piece of hardware and on the 5 ton they are straight. How bent is it?
