any of the surplus dealers will have them but be prepared to pay thru the nose.

they go about $250- $300 used. any truck shop can make you a shaft.

sorry you need a new pto.
usually, when they go bad, a new main unit is all that is needed.
the old rider unit can be changed over.
did you leave your winch engaged?
