PTO out back of Tcase

I was wondering where I could locate a PTO for the Deuce.I am looking for the one that comes out the back of the case at the top.

A50,000 lb winch in the back. Why so big? Because I can get it for less than a 10k for the front

FWIW there are three styles of output (that I know of)....
yoke, flange, and sprocket, but I haven't seen the sprocket outside of the TM's.

Joel, the one PTO I sold you had a sprocket at one point. It went to SS with the rear winch!
