Great information, thank you! I'll try it when I get back from vacationIt is 5 times by the way(on till you get a transmission display then back off again). On the 6th power on, the shift points are cleared, fully depress and release the gas pedal to learn new 0-100 TPS position info. Then press the start button, and go drive the truck so it can re-learn the shift points. Probably best to warm up the truck first before y9u start so it is warm and ready to go drive after you start the power cycling to clear the memory.
without good Throttle position info to predict what you are doing(accelerating or decelerating) it can only rely on high/low RPM setpoints, which leads to very harsh shifts…
