Pull Start??

Yup, my 5ton had a bad starter so I had to pull start it. Just make sure the shutoff valve is not pulled out.

The pull-start handle can be found under the passenger seat. Sometimes, the recoil springs stick a little, but just pull the rope gently after it's starts and it'll usually go back in. :p

make sure if it has a cummins that you open the injector pump manually. if not it wont crank. they have an electric fuel cutoff. it's easy enough to install 2 good batt's so why not?
