It does not matter, that is the RPM sender for the diag port, it is simply a reed switch that opens and closes once every crankshaft revolution to be used by the diag equipment you likely will never have or will ever need.

I need to get a brake master cylinder. What part number do I need? Not sure if i need it or not. I rebilt the rear calipers, now the brakes dont pump - do i need to change the master cylinder or what else could it be?

Did you bleed the brakes after installing new calipers?
