A member here has completed the process. Mechanik? I believe. Really nice member and he explained it in detail to me. I will have a few questions for him once I get my title back from being fixed. I believe he had the SF97 form

Yes, did a AM General/pick up about two years ago with no issues. S.B. 356 passed and allows for the titling and registration of “retired military vehicles".
