Question on a tag on transmission or transfer case

I found this tag on my transmission or transfer case but cant remember which one. Is this on all units or does this mean something has been repaired or replaced? If it has been replaced or repaired what was done or how would I find out?

On all. It's the data plate from when it was built. If it had been refurbish it would have an additional plate day when, where, and who .
