Question on aftermarket parts and fitment

Didn't get it on a lift yet. We did pick it up with a backhoe. Looks like my differentials are the culprit. Likely from putting pressure on the brakes with tires spinning in low. Also have some half shaft damage.
Sent out a email to a few companies that I know at one time had developed and produce parts for the hmmwv variants. The main one being Eaton.

How did you determine the diffs are bad?

I agree with Action. I’m not convinced that you proved the pumpkins are the issue
