43 CCKW 363 brake trouble. I have a 43 CCKW that was rebuilt about 6 yrs ago by a guy who knows his stuff. He did all the brakes then and put a different Hydroboost on it from a more modern truck. The brakes have always been fantastic but it has sat a lot and due to health reasons I do not drive it much and the other day I went to move it and no brakes. I checked the fluid and master was dry. Filled it and did a check of the wheels and no leaks were found. Cannot see a leak on the Hydroboost as well. Any idea where to start? Thanks Eddy

Anyone want a CCKW ? I am too old and bust up for this anymore.SANY0004 (2014_09_06 02_11_31 UTC).JPG

You still haven't moved all those toys out yet? If it hurts getting in, out and under, it's time brother.

Throw the Steel Soldier team the cash to upgrade if you haven't already. You need to upgrade to discuss sales. There's a big market across the border so getting a for sale add up with all the details put together is just wise marketing.

I can push some lures out to the Canadian Military vehicles faceoff boys but we still need all the details and conditions of the sale.

Real sorry you're not healing up enough to keep this going buddy. If there's more I can do, you know how to reach me.

A defective hydro-boost may be letting the vacuum suck the fluid into the motor's intake system.
If this is happening, sometimes smoke will be visible from the exhaust pipe when the brake pedal is pushed with the truck at idle, but not always.
