Kinda stumped how to get the glass out of the arms on the regulator... dont want to flex anything and break the glass.. Thanks guys!

I like where it says "slide glass out of frame" ----- There is usually so much rust in that glass seat channel, it is difficult to remove.

i figured it out.... it was hung up on the nasty crud in the channels and one of the weatherseal clips... looks like i need a lot more than I thought

All those parts are relatively easy and cheap to get.
