Has anyone done a Cummins R2.8 swap on an HMMWV? I'm sure it can be done, and the HP and torque specs are almost identical to the 6.5 non-turbo.
My friend put a Cummins in a civvy H1 and said he'd never do it again. He also put an R2.8 in his Jeep. He said the R2.8 would fit nicely in an HMMWV.
Just looking to see if it has been done here already (didn't find anything in a search).
