Radio shelf

We've all seen the radio 'shelf' mounted in the backs of the pickups before, I've had many trucks with them, and now I'm thinking about outfitting one with all the radios and commo gear. I'm thinkin' this could be fun.
Does anyone know which TM would have info on that particular setup, what was mounted in the, or best of all any pics of them in actual use??
