ran fine now won't start

I just got the chance to play a little with the sheriff's dept new m1113. It looks to be in nice condition. I was not there when it was unloaded but they said it fired right up when jumped form one of the deuces. Drove around a little and died. Started up again then died after driving a short distance. I thought maybe out of fuel so I have put some in it. It turned fairly cold last night and she won't start. I knowthe batteries are bad but I was using the deuce again to jump it. Any ideas? I know I have to download the tm's and start reading. Could it be my fuel filters? Thanks, and pictures will be coming soon.

Have you checked the plugs? All wires connected and not corided?

sure it could be the filter or ........a bunch of other things.
