Rear fender mounting?

I'm a deuce guy, not a HMMWV guy, but I bought out a collection, got lucky.
So I have to ask, how do the rear fenders mount? I assumed they were riveted on, but the fenders I got have only bolt holes in them, so unless they truly are NOS fenders ( sure looks that way) they would have had rivet holes in them...

If they are NOS, they will have no holes...you get to drill them, as do most of the panels on the truck when NOS.
shoot me a PM on what body parts you might have...fenders included, that is if you are in the market to sell.
