I trailered mine home behind a Cummins Ram 2500 from Omaha, not enough truck. I can confirm the 8000 pounds after many trips across our scales. Neat little truck, a handful to drive though. Mine is a 91 like my old Dodge 350. Like DH, I would like to power my M1008 with it. I may have to look for a second one as this thing is super handy in the yard. Glen

I've removed the rear bed and reinstalled a plate over the rear. On to that I have an old 5th wheel plate and I've been using it to move campers in a nearby campground.

When the right M1008 or other cool donor truck comes along, I'll pull it, but until then, it is super handy as it is.

We found that the box is great for tools and that backing it up to the side of a five ton makes working on the five ton much easier. The only way to change batteries in a 939 series...
