Recovery needed for a M871 out of Barstow California

I was wondering if there is anyone down in So Cal that could recover a M871 out of Barstow for me? I will be recovering a M931A1 out of Fantona hopefully on Thursday, but I don't know if Barstow will let me on base because I won't have registration yet. Or if anyone knows a trucker that could grab the trailer for me that would be great. Thanks.
