Alright, then. I have searched using different strings and haven't yet found the mythical thread that has all the tips, tricks, tools, and part numbers that should be taken along for a Deuce recovery.

If anyone can point it out then please help! It should be a sticky, but I can't even find an area on the forum dedicated to stickys.

I may be blind and have missed it, if so, please excuse this old E-7 and just laugh quietly. I won't be able to hear you after years of being around running jet engines...

Thanks a bunch in advance for the help!

Thanks Gunboy and Heavysteven!

I don't have a recovery in my future yet, but I'm and old war planner by trade and always want to have a plan Alpha, mod 0 just in case.

After I fiddle around with it and get some related tech manual pages together, I'm going to try to put together a checklist with tool list, part numbers, and specific instructions with illustrations. If it looks like anything, I'll post it up, or at least let those who are interested in it have a look and kibbitz.
