I don't want to high-jack a thread but I will be posting the November Rally info right after the Ga Rally event.

It will be the first weekend in November 2nd & 3rd just a simple weekend trail ride/camping event.

Look for it in the Steel Soldiers Rally threads right after Ga Rally is over.

Those events are tagged:

**Florida Military Vehicle Rally**
1 in February(Winter)
1 in June(Summer)
1 in November(Fall)

Any questions please email or pm me.

Vinny

I bought my 101a2 here in Fl. All I needed was a certification that the owner actually owned the trailer, and a bill of sale(he made up a 1 page doc that had all the info on it-he owned it, weight, B Of S. They didn't care where it came from. Took me ~20mins and $70 to get registration and tag.
The Maine thing may work, but my guess is after 6 mos. in state, you will need to get it registered in Fl. You might want to check this-you could be throwing $99 out the window.
just my .02
