Remembrance day parade.

The weather held fair today, and I attended the remembrance day parade in the local town. A good attendance, representatives of the forces, public services, air cadets, last post played. Prayers said. "they" are not forgotten in our local town.
I took my "best" jeep.

We must never forget the men and women that keep this country safe or any country safe. We must do everything we can to help them and respect them.

That 1942 willys jeep is a ground up restored (from the usa) vehicle with beachwood canvasses. It is an absalute delight to drive..With overdrive giving 6 speeds equally spaced. And on 700x16 round profile tires it is low reving good cruise and economical to boot.
