Removing HMMWV deep water ford kit Question

Did a quick search, and didn't see anything specific. I have one of the original Marine Corps auction M998 HMMWVs which I've converted into an Army M1025/1026. When I installed the Milemarker winch, I popped out the deep ford valve, and used the same hole for the connector. The valve is now zip-tied in my engine compartment pending disposition.

Question: What are the consequences of removing all the deep ford hoses which run all over the engine? Do the connection points get plugged, or how does this work for anyone who's ever done this?

Why remove it? The MM plug gets it own hole for mounting, I have installed several and just drill a hole per the Install instructions. If you so choose to remove it you need a new non ford CDR valve, a new PS non vent cap.

Thanks for the reply. I'll trace all the hoses and see which items I need to replace. Also, I don't have any of the parts of the ford kit, and my HMMWV represents a US Army variant which almost never had deep ford kits installed, so removing primarily for originality.
