Removing Overspray (CARC)

Wanting to remove overspray from a military paint job ... what should I use? (info plates / Engine parts etc)

I was able to get overspray off of my Data Plate and MWO tag using Mineral spirits, a piece of scrap blue jean material and a wood scraper blade. I have to say I bought my truck from a supplier (not at auction) so the overspray I had to remove may have been CARC or CARC replacement, I'm really not sure what it was.

Take your time, go slow and stop often to look at how it's working. Good Luck
