Repairing Helmet Top

Just acquired a Helmet Top locally for a really good price that needs some love and glass work. As good as I am with mechanical items, I am no body man. Looking forward to learn some new skills though. One of the B pillar covers needs to be glassed back on, and a couple of cracks fixed. Ordered some 3M fiberglass resin and some Mat. Watched a whole bunch of fiberglass videos on youtube.... Was going to practice off the top first...



Any thoughts and suggestions on how to approach the repairs? Thank you
