Is it just me, or are the links under the "resources" tab not directing to the appropriate page?

We don't have any of the things except ads that are listed in the resources tab. That is supposed to be "fixed" when changes come fat lady sings

The resources link has been down for over a year , no hope of it getting fixed any time soon .
