Both my USMC REV trucks have the DWF components except for the exhausts. When I looked behind the rear fender there is no fender reinforcement bracket #9, P/N 12339848, like it is shown in the latest TM-9-2320 387-24P manual available online dated August 31, 2009 (which also, it doesn't seem like it would fit because of the rear AC condenser):

In the REV DWF Kit there is a totally different, angle bracket called (#60, P/N 12480802, NSN 5340-01-597-0740 19207), which looks more like an angle plate and it is not attached to the body for additional support:

Could someone with a REV truck and DWF exhaust confirm if that's correct? Or what bracket do you have behind the fender?
It just seems like that long exhaust would require more support than just an angle plate behind the fender?

The old style Support brkt can’t be used due to the fender condenser , the ECV and REV’s use a reinforcement plate instead.
Thank you! I made a bracket and when went to install it found the factory one was already attached behind the fender with those two hex bolts:

Do you know the length of the sleeve/ spacer between the exhaust and fender (#54 in the diagram, p/n 12506913)?

Is it made from aluminum? (not sure why it’s priced at $30 to $50 each?)
