Rim and tire interchange

hi all, new guy type question. did anyone work out tire and wheel rim interchange? I am interested in 5 ton a2 supersingles, now with non worrkind ctifs and 14.0 20s. iguess other rims and maybe 390xxx tires work,but now dont know. if no link/post exists, would be great service from good hearted"OLD hand". hint hint! thanks!

Any wheel with a budd pattern will work. 20" 22.5" 24" You can use the A2 wheels just take all the CTIS crap off of it and the weight. You can find 20" wheels and semi wheels all day but you are limited to what you can find as far as tires. You can use a a 22.5" super single wheel with the right offset and a 425/65 Michelin XZL. it is wide as heck and only 39" tall.

Keep in mind that in the civ world there are Hub pilot and stud pilot wheels and they do not inter change. It is my understanding the the the military 5 ton wheels are stud pilot.

What is your question eric? If you have a 5 ton with 14.00's the 395's are a direct replacement but they are shorter...so you need 6. Most 5 ton A2's have combat rims, which are stud pilot.

What "interchange" are you referring to?
