Runaway starter question:

I get my AC/Delco starter bolts from Rock Auto in groups of five for much cheaper than dealership.

I've gotten them from Amazon as well at a decent price.

Thanks, guys ! Yes I agree there are way better places to get parts than the Stealership, but time is of the essence for me as this is my daily work truck. Both local dealers (i say local as a relative term as we are in the boonies) were able to order starter bolts and bracket. I called them at around 3:30 PM yesterday and just got the message today at 11:30 AM that they were ready to be picked-up.
Now THAT I am willing to pay a couple extra bucks for !!!

I know where you are coming from,my 1009 is also my one and only.I now keep a stock of parts,spare set of glowplugs(60gs),mech. pump,elect. pump,fuel filters,a 24v starter and a 12v starter just in case I go that way.In addition to the starter bolts and starter support brackets.
