Is it true that the front running lights do not come on when the switch is in the running position on the m35

Yes. However, there is an adapter that is available from Eric's Suplus that will allow both headlights and parking lights to be on at the same time.

Welcome; you came to the right place! Once you get familiar with the search function you will probably find answers to most of your questions...

You have much to learn young padawan...

You can jump the wires on your 3 lever switch and get the running lights to work with the head lights and the light will still work correctly when you go into blackout mode. Just search it out and it will give the correct wires to jump.
