OK, I did some Googling and I found the name of the products and the vendor.
The vendor is commanderchassis.com. They are a fabrication shop and they also sell fabrication equipment. Additionally, they sell these two liquid products.
SP3 is the Gibbs alternative. I found it to be pretty good. I did not do a head-to-head with Gibbs as I never really was a Gibbs-freak (not that there is anything wrong with that).
Fluid Film is the rust preventive spray. Also available in bulk, and apparently Graingers sells it.
I would definitely recommend Fluid Film for anything that you want to keep from rusting (in situations where a thick, sometimes sticky build-up is not a problem, like for items in storage, engine compartments, the undersides of vehicles, and like that.
Fluid Film will accomplish everything that the OP wanted to achieve without stripping, touching up or repainting anything, and a few bucks for a spray can is way cheaper than bed liner.
