rusty wheel causing death wobble?

I had the same death wobble on my CUCV.
Changed out the steering stabilizer and has not
done it since. After examining the suspect stabilizer
I found it had a slight bend in the rod. The way GL
likes to move these trucks around with fork lifts
this may be the death wobble cause on more than
my truck.

a steering stabilizer is not the correct way to fix death wobble it just masks the problem. if you have DW its the king pins and the springs need to be replaced

Just to be clear, you don't need to change the kingpins, just the springs and cup. Changing the pins themselves is a very tough job.
