Seat Belt mounting points M1008

I took the bench seat out and I am installing some Corbeau seats. I failed to take note of how the seat belts were installed. I have new ones from LMC Truck.

Can someone post a photo of how the seat belts go in? I seem to be missing a mounting point some where in this process? Was one mount on the seat itself?

The M1008 seat bolts are independent of the seatbelt bolts, for sure.
