Serpentine belt removal process.

Just have a general question on how to remove the serpentine belt on my M109r7 A2 hummve It has a 99 inch serpentine belt. And the fan seems to be in the way to release the idler tensioner. Do you guys have any tips or tricks that could help. Trying to replace one of the pulleys that has a bearing gone out in it. Thank you for all the helpful advice and advance.

Remove the passenger splash guard, insert 3/8 power handle.

I've managed to replace my serpentine belt several times by just leaning over the top of the truck and using body weight to push down on the belt where it goes under the top idler pulley on the driver's side, and just slip it off. It doesn't work on every truck, but I've done it on a couple and it worked for me.
