Are these that common? This one looks mildewy, and paper isn't exactly known for its longevity. I'm trying to figure out what some of the things on my truck are supposed to have been, and I'm not sure what everything means. My speedometer seems to read surprisingly slow with what I believe to be the stock 31" tires, and that may be because I have a number of options relating to changing that:

7D1H GEAR-SPEEDOMETER DRI
7E6C SLEEVE-SPEEDOMEER G
7E1G ADAPTER-SPEEDOMETER
7XNE TIRE-10.00R-15C STEE
7YNE TIRE-10.00R-15C STEE

...among many others. With the 31" tires, the speedometer was reading about 60 when actual speed was closer to 55 (based on the radar speed sign I saw and the fact that traffic didn't seem happy with me going what I thought was the speed limit until I realized how slow I was actually going). If the stock civilian tires were something smaller than 31" (about 10% smaller), that would make sense. Alternatively, if the option codes are specifying something larger than 31" (about 10% larger would be 34" or so, which would clear the body work fine as far as I can tell), that would also make sense... Just trying to make sense of what I'm seeing here.
