Should this switch wiggle inside the housing?

Believe it to be the stoplight switch. Book says to refer to figure 61 item 6…we’ll figure 61 only goes to item 5……

Well if is the stoplight switch should it be wiggling inside its housing? I can spin it freely left and right.
