I just replaced the plywood and repainted. Also, the radio rack is handy to attach cup holder ammo can etc. I Just tried not to make any permanent alterations to vehicle. These will be collectible, again some day.

I don't normally carry passengers so I usually have the rear seats down. With the cargo cover it stays relatively dry inside when its raining. The rubber mats I got from lowes and really help stop stuff from sliding around everywhere.

If you install plywood you can attach footman loops for cargo straps, jerry can holder, or ammo can holders. I used welnuts in bottom of plywood so no holes in truck bed.
