Very Nice! All I can biotch about is I would have made
angle iron frames under the ammo cans etc. and Rapcoparts.com
sells the proper paint to rattle can all into submission.

What's the model of trailer in the 1st pic? What kind of hauling ratings would this trailer have? Approx cost for something like this trailer?

I bought this 1953 m101 earlier this year and fixed it up to tow behind my m37. I changed the original lights to the more modern composite lights with 2 taillights and put in a newer wiring harness. I had a 1962 m101a1 that was restored to match the truck but I decided to keep the m101 instead because it was really clean underneath and you don't see them as often as the m101a1s.

The m101 has parking brake handles mounted inside the a-frame that move side to side and the brake parts inside the drums are different. They also have the earlier light set-up with a single stop light on the left and a blackout light on the right. M101a1s would have 2 taillights with a separate blackout stoplight from the factory in the early 60s and later would have the larger composite lights I think.

Derrick - that flatbed looks a little 'down hill' (not a complaint - follow my train of thaught..) Maybe it would be a great trailer for a M916A1, which has a 60"+ fifthwheel height that makes any 'civi' trailer look stoopid. Though the TM only refers to M870/M172 lowbeds and water distributors.

What do you think the kingpin height would be if the trailer were level?

The CD sticker is really neat! I hope you took some really close up pictures of it in case someone wanted to make reproduction stickers.

Yeah, except for the HETT, your rig is the stand-out in the parade. It looks great, especially all tarped up like that.

And how can anybody compete with a HETT anyhow, right!?

An M103A3 that I picked up a few months ago from Camp Blanding! I have the MEP 002 & 003 that fits on it, but haven't gotten them installed yet!
