run there house? I'm gonna change the 45 amp plug over to a 220 twist lock plug so i can run the house in case of a power outage. sounds good dosen't it! the house is ready for the power just gotta switch the truck over!!

Grainger has that funky plug but it set me back like $100. I'm ready for this hook up but that's only if the MEP002A dies.

Please make sure you use a proper UL listed transfer switch. If you just plug in while your house is still connected to the outside utility it could mean a lineman's life.

Oh Yeah I already have a transfer switch installed on the power post for the house and yes it was installed by a certified electrician.
