Hello, had to add brake fluid I can build the pedal up to firm but it will lose it in seconds. The truck did not run in years,I dont see any fluid leaking at the wheels so could it be the airpak?I bleed the airpak and brake fluid comes out so not sure..also there is a air line going to the blow by tube with air coming out why..thanks any help..

Did you bleed the whole system or just the air-pak ?
The line going to the blow-by tube is a vent for the master cylinder.

Need to bleed wheel cylinders as well. You will get lots of air out.

You don't have to pull wheels.

Did the same thing, found the inner seals inside master cylinder were bad. Replaced master cylinder problem solved. Cost from Advance auto $45.00

Swollen rubber brake hose to the rear axle that makes an inside "valve" that closes off, or your brake cylinders work but the brakes are out of adjustment are two things that come to mind.
