Source for #10-32 x 1/2 SS flange heads?

Does anyone have a source for these? (outside sheet-metal MEP802/803 I believe and more)

Amazon has some but they are serrated and not exactly cheap... (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FFE8D5U). They also have the correct ones, but in packages of 2 or 3,000 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AWQRTSM). Struck out at several local hardware stores and Fastenal.

If you aren't too hung up on stainless, I had grabbed zinc plated serrated flange head bolts 10-32 x 5/8" for about $10 per 100 and also got serrated flange nuts for $8 / 100 on ebay.
Not the original style, but I like the serrated flange heads personally, they grab good and don't vibrate loose.
The reason I went with 5/8" is that in some places the bolts are 1/2" and other places are 3/4" with a nut on the inside.
5/8" works in both places because you aren't stacking an extra washer on top of it.

I replaced all of the hardware, cage nuts included, with the hardware on this list. Pretty much identical to the original except SS.
