That looks like the newer style clip in hose end. I'm not sure but there could be an adapter out there from that to the metal line.

They still make the copper/brass radiator.
Expensive but literally drop in.
It's exactly like the original

Any radiator shop will be able to order it for you.
I don't have the part number in front of me but I showed it in an earlier thread a few years ago.

It's been flawless for years. No issues.

I like Champion in SoCal. They make a very nice piece, reasonable price too. Whoever you talk to to order whatever you decide, tell them you have an '84 K30 with 6.2L Diesel and TH400 trans...do not tell them it's a CUCV, it just confuses most folks.

Yes but you need the connection for the heater hose. It's 16x1.50 if I remember right. Had to buy one.

Almost finished installing an Alloyworks radiator on my M1009, the oil and transmission line fittings are a direct fit.

There was additional work around the heather hose and the coolant level sensor fittings because in my case radiator came without fittings for this inlets. Both inlets are 16x1.5 in size.

For the heather hose a fitting with an O.D. of 19 mm is suitable.

I had a issue with the coolant level sensor because I couldn't find a fitting deep enough to accept the sensor and so I had to make the same one on a lathe.

Also I have installed new radiator bushings and they needed little trimming because new radiator is too wide for them. Without trimming radiator sits high and cap is hitting the hood when you try to close it.

I bought aftermarket brass radiator. It was garbage. Even in brass it was half they weight of the original. The aluminum radiator with plastic tanks has done me well.
