Speedometer Fix - part sourcing

Hi everyone, lurker here - working on a 1097 that came without a speedo cable (and 90 adapter, etc).

Pinion gear looks fine, but may replace anyway since it's cheap. I think I can source everything I need but #21 in the TM on 488-1 (see attached for convenience). Has anyone done this recently and can give some insight on that seal?

Am I correct in that it should be the same as "2538588 Seal," found here: correct seal?

So I'll answer my own question - once I cleaned it up and got out the magnifying glass, that is the part number stamped on this old seal...
