Squirrel wiring damage on my M925

A squirrel did a number on my M925,bit several wires off between the cab and transmission.
Has anyone had to replace wires in this area ?, it's hard to tell what wire goes where and is in a tough spot to get to.
It looks like access in the engine air filter area might be the best route but any advice is appreciated.

You’d probably have better access under the drivers side fender and from under the truck. The frame is blocking everything by the air filter.
