starter relay fixed

with help from everyone here, got the truck running today. new relay and new starter button while I was at it. Just lucky that it finaly gave up in the driveway. saturn supply was the cheapest I found. so for future search's. If it won't start...... Check batterys, and all cables. If no luck, just get a new relay $115. Thanks everyone for all of the Info on this site.

I recently had a relay issue that was traced back to the ground terminal on the relay itself. The design had an aluminum "cup" bolted to the top of the relay and thus grounding the internal relay to its outer shell. I disassmbled this design and ran a 14 gauge wire to the firewall.

I have yet to have another starting issue from it.
