Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
What wheels are those, and what size tires? I'm also looking at the springs (12k version) and shocks from Military Truck Works. Super interested to hear your feedback.
Those are early h1 wheels. Tire selection stinks. I should have went 17" I hate the fender poke most of them have. Looks stupid with rim hanging over the fender. What wheels are those, and what size tires? I'm also looking at the springs (12k version) and shocks from Military Truck Works. That bar behind the seat is for things like shelters to land on and for the 2 door "pickup" fill plates to attach to, the civy models do not have itHow did you reinforce the pillar?
curious to see what that looks like. I've thought about modifying mine so that instead of it being kinda square its more rectangle, so it would still be there for the 2 door fill plates, but also angled so that the front seats could recline....I made a support plate. Completely unnecessary. I would just chop it and forget it. no way that support is needed.
Please upload pictures via this website rather than linking to pictures that over time will disappear because they are on other websitesSprings are in. Shock arrived right after we finished springs. Going to get shocks in tomorrow. Round two on suspension. I haven't had any time for a test ride yet. Front is higher and truck looks better.temporary image hosting
